If you are new to winemaking, we'll be more than happy to provide you the knowledge and tools you'll need to make great tasting yet inexpensive wine. We also have easy to follow instructions available on CD-Rom or DVD. Instructions are FREE when you order our Deluxe 6 Gallon Equipment Kit.
Shipping & Return Policy
We ship via UPS. You will be given options Next Day, 2 day, Ground, etc. at the time of check out.
If you purchased merchandise from us and wish to return it, you must call our customer service department at 877-333-VINO or email info@vinomaker.com. We will gladly refund your money or replace the item. We do not refund shipping charges unless we shipped you merchandise that you did not order.
If your order weighs more than 100 pounds, your shipping charges will not be calculated at checkout. We will send you an email notifying you of shipping charges.
All shipping charges are estimated. In most cases the shipping charges are correct, however, if the shipping charges are higher or lower, we will make an adjustment to your credit card. If the amount changes by a substantial amount, we will notify you immediately before we process your order.
